Yes. We specialize in weekly, bi-weekly, and every 4 week appointments. Move-in/move-out cleaning appointments do require advance planning to work around our regularly scheduled time slots. We always do our best to meet this request.
Yes. In the rare event that you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning services, simply let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right immediately. We care about our clients and will never settle for less than your 100% satisfaction.
Payment is due prior to our arrival on your cleaning day.
No. We observe the following holidays and will be closed: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. Rest assured that regular clients will be rescheduled accordingly around each holiday.
Yes. We care about your pets! During your initial walk through consultation, we'll make a plan with you to ensure that your pets are safe and comfortable during your house cleaning.
No. We have a speedy greeting policy. Upon arrival and departure, we will spend approximately 60 seconds saying hello or goodbye and checking in with you. We value your time and ours. We honor the fact that we are on the clock and have a schedule to keep.
